Jenn Dieas started Glowout in 2007 as a mobile spray tanning artist serving clients all across Chicago. One recurring frustration: the salon experience rarely matched the quality of the tan. So she fixed it.

One location became two,
then four, then six.
Glowout began as a single micro salon designed for pure convenience — in, out, glowing. Word spread. And one location became two, then four, then six — spanning Chicago, Milwaukee, and South Carolina.
Along the way, Glowout became more than a spray tan salon. It became a destination — complete with a press-on nail bar, professional training programs, and a community of clients who come back not just for the tan, but for how it makes them feel.
Jenn's work has been featured in Allure, Seventeen, NBC, FOX, and CBS. She's worked with Lady Gaga, Iggy Azalea, and Giuliana Rancic. But the work she's most proud of happens every day, one client at a time.
